Over a year ago, I was contacted by a couple living in Florida, United States. As you know, I love having video calls with my couples, especially when meeting in person isn’t possible. Their names are Rachel and Kyle, and I can truly say it was love at first video call.

When I say that this season my couples have been absolutely incredible, they are the perfect example: they adore each other, they understand one another deeply, and they’re truly meant to be.

They told me they were looking for a luxury wedding photographer in Ibiza and that they had completely fallen in love with my work something that made me incredibly happy.

They had planned to come to the island a few months before the wedding for a pre-wedding photo session, and it was the perfect excuse for us to finally meet in person. We spent a wonderful day together shooting. First in the heart of Ibiza, then exploring the surrounding areas. They rented a vintage red 1960 convertible Mustang, and it was simply spectacular. From that day on, we were counting down the days, excited to see each other again for their wedding.

At the end of June, under the bright Mediterranean sun, Rachel and Kyle celebrated their love with an intimate wedding on the magical island of Ibiza.

Surrounded by their closest family and friends, they transformed a private hilltop villa into the perfect setting for a celebration that was as elegant as it was deeply personal.

I recommended Edyta from Ibiza Wedding Planner, a wedding planning company I always love working with. They did an impeccable job organizing every detail. For video, we had Sebastian from Super Weddings Film someone I had been looking forward to meeting in person because of his incredible talent. The team couldn’t have been better for capturing this luxury wedding in Ibiza.

The day before the wedding, they hosted a welcome party where we had the chance to meet all of their guests. The next day, the big moment finally arrived. As a luxury wedding photographer in Ibiza, I was truly excited to experience it alongside them.

From the very beginning, Rachel and Kyle envisioned a wedding that combined refined design with the natural, laid-back beauty of the island. The villa they chose, with panoramic views of the sea and countryside, was a true paradise. A dreamlike setting where time seemed to stand still and the light touched every corner with warmth.

The morning began peacefully, with each of them getting ready in different parts of the villa. Kyle, elegant and with the natural nerves of the day, was the first to be photographed.

Rachel, surrounded by her mother and close friends, radiated pure joy. When the moment came to put on her dress, she looked absolutely stunning, a fitted, sophisticated design with lace and a long train that made her entrance even more breathtaking as she walked across a white runway stretching over the infinity pool.

They shared an emotional first look, and their encounter was truly magical. Seeing them together on that runway was the culmination of so many hopes, plans, and dreams come true. They were now ready to celebrate their union with everyone they love.

Kyle, impeccable in his black tuxedo, welcomed the guests with a calm, heartfelt smile. The 50 attendees, who had traveled from the United States and across Europe, gathered around the pool in a setting beautifully styled by Artnatur Event Designer.

Soft-toned florals in dusty pink, ivory white, peach, and lavender created an elegant atmosphere. There was even a live piano performance, providing the perfect soundtrack courtesy of BadCat Ibiza who later took over as the DJ for the after-party.

The color palette blended seamlessly with the Ibiza light, adding a romantic touch to the villa’s modern aesthetic.

When Rachel appeared, silence fell. All eyes were on her but Kyle only saw his future wife. The ceremony took place on a raised platform above the water, where they exchanged heartfelt, emotional vows. There were words filled with honesty and love.

For me, as a luxury wedding photographer in Ibiza, having the chance to capture this couple was truly a dream.

After the “I do,” they toasted with all their guests and kicked off the cocktail hour next to the villa.

Later, we took some couple portraits, making the most of the golden sunset light, before heading to the garden, where long outdoor tables awaited under a canopy of hanging lights. Every detail was thoughtfully chosen vintage chairs, neutral-toned tablecloths, and floral arrangements perfectly in tune with the surrounding landscape.

As the sun began to set, a golden light wrapped everything in a cinematic glow. More than a formal wedding, the atmosphere felt like an elegant celebration among friends. With chilled rosé and Aperol Spritz in hand, everyone chatted, laughed, and soaked in the slow, joyful rhythm of the evening.

Rachel and Kyle entered the dinner reception to a wave of applause she raised her bouquet with a radiant smile, and he held her hand with pride. They danced on the grass, kissed under the lights, and exchanged knowing glances throughout the evening. This wasn’t just a wedding; it was a celebration of who they are and everything they share.

One of the most emotional moments came during Kyle’s speech, when he dedicated a few heartfelt words to his late mother. There wasn’t a dry eye in the room. Rachel is the love of his life his partner, his best friend. They’ve been through so much together, and the way they support one another is truly something magical.

Dinner was a tribute to local cuisine: fresh ingredients, Mediterranean flavors, and a relaxed atmosphere with no strict schedules or formalities. The villa, surrounded by pine trees and with a pool that mirrored the sky, became a character in its own right in the story I wanted to tell as a luxury wedding photographer in Ibiza.

Later that night, under the moonlight, they celebrated until the early hours surrounded by love, laughter, and deep connection. The party area felt like a starlit sky, the perfect finishing touch to such an unforgettable day. It was a true privilege to capture the essence of it all: natural elegance, genuine emotion, and absolute freedom.

What made this wedding truly unique wasn’t just the stunning location or the beautiful decor it was the authenticity in every moment.

Despite the luxurious setting, everything felt intimate and effortless, never overdone. It was a celebration that perfectly reflected who Rachel and Kyle are: two souls who choose each other every day, with love, with style, and with honesty.
