This season has been truly wonderful. The couples who trust me are incredible, and Melissa and Lukas were no exception. Charming Germans with a special sensitivity for visuals (both work in television), their wedding was a true celebration of love, aesthetics, and emotion. Being chosen as their wedding photographer in Mallorca was an honor. They decided to get married at one of my favorite estates on the island: Son Togores Mallorca. Everything pointed to a very special day and it truly was.

An intimate celebration full of meaningful details
They celebrated an intimate wedding with only 60 guests — close family and friends. It was held at the end of May, a beautiful time in Mallorca, when the temperatures are mild and the sunsets are long. One of those weddings where there’s time for everything: to laugh, cry, dance, and share without rushing.
The day began at noon, welcoming the guests to Son Togores Mallorca. Everyone arrived radiant, ready to enjoy. The wedding planner, Frankie Sunshine, greeted us with his signature energy. Also present were the amazing team from Met Productions, in charge of sound and music. It’s always a pleasure to work with such talented professionals.
Lukas greeted each guest with warmth. He seemed calm, though with that sweet kind of nervousness that comes right before a big moment. I took the opportunity to photograph him inside the house with his best friend. He wore an elegant tuxedo with a white jacket and black bow tie. Impeccable.

A ceremony to remember
The ceremony took place in the stone-paved courtyard at the entrance, with the tower of Son Togores Mallorca as a stunning backdrop. Majestic and beautiful. The floral decoration by Ars Festum was simply spectacular: blooms in shades of lilac, orange, green, red and yellow — an explosion of color and life.

The bride arrived wearing a strapless gown by The Bride Hamburg, paired with a delicate silk semi-cape that flowed gracefully from her neckline. Her makeup and hairstyle, done by Izzy Gunkel, enhanced her natural beauty effortlessly. She was absolutely radiant.
Lukas couldn’t hold back his tears as he saw her walking down the white aisle. The moment they had dreamed of was finally happening. They embraced and kissed before starting a heartfelt and intimate ceremony, officiated in German by a close friend. Under the Mallorcan sun, guests shielded themselves with colorful parasols. The heat was intense, but no one seemed to mind.

There was a truly fun moment during the ring exchange: they had hidden the ring under a chair, and the guests began searching for it as if it were part of a game. Laughter, surprise, and emotion blended together. When they finally said “I do,” everyone burst into applause. It was beautiful.
Poolside celebration
While the guests made their way to the cocktail area by the pool, we took some couple portraits in the gardens. The atmosphere was festive. A live band played saxophone, guitar, drums and delicious canapés by Marc Fosh Catering kept coming around. They work exclusively with the finca, and as always, it was a pleasure to share the day with their team.

Later on, with cava, Aperol and music flowing, the guests didn’t take long to hit the dance floor. The views from Son Togores Mallorca reminiscent of Tuscany provided the perfect backdrop for conversations and laughter.
We took advantage of the soft sunset light to photograph the couple and the bridesmaids. The dinner tables were impeccably decorated, with the façade of the finca as a backdrop. A wedding at Finca Son Togores Mallorca always carries that elegant, magical atmosphere that steals your heart.

Dinner, games and an unforgettable finale.
During the dinner, a saxophonist set the mood with live music. There were funny speeches, others deeply emotional, and a group game that had everyone laughing out loud. The traditional champagne tower made its appearance, as did the bouquet toss, which sparked excitement among the guests.
Then came the first dance… and what a dance it was. A brilliant choreography, rehearsed and performed with passion. It was, without a doubt, one of the best I’ve ever seen. After that, the party kicked off in the disco area music, lights, hugs, and pure high-energy celebration.
I ended the day with a full heart. Thank you, Melissa and Lukas, for trusting my work and allowing me to tell your story. This wedding at Son Togores Mallorca was, quite simply, magical.
